The Gallery lofts in The Marina Arts District of Marina Del Rey are the longest awaited properties in the history of real estate! Okay, The Palm Islands in Dubai might have taken a bit longer to finish, but The Gallery Lofts are a close second. I have to say, if was worth the wait!
Outdoor Lounge at The Gallery Lofts
I was so excited to take a group of clients to The Gallery Lofts last weekend. My clients were two young professional sisters who brought their mom along to tour the property. The Gallery Lofts have been marketing themselves as the perfect place for young professionals and first time buyers, so I thought it would be the perfect place for my clients.
I knew my clients wanted a loft with some outdoor space, so we took a look at a first floor loft that had a nice sized patio that opened to the interior courtyard. The loft was gorgeous with 11 foot ceilings, floor to ceiling windows, sliding wall systems, a stainless steel modern kitchen and bathrooms with very high end finishes.
The model unit we saw at The Gallery Lofts was set up as a one bedroom with a second room that was used as a den or office. Because of the sliding walls, the rooms could be completely open or closed depending on the homeowners needs. The rooms were placed at opposite ends of the loft, with the kitchen, dinning, and living areas all open to one another and in the center of the loft.
After we toured the model unit, we continued our tour through the community areas at the center of the property. Between the music playing and the outdoor fireplace, I felt like I was in a hip New York rooftop restaurant lounge. My clients said they felt like there should be a handsome bartender making cocktails. Maybe when all of the lofts are sold the homeowners will decide to hire one!
All in all, my clients and I were very impressed by The Gallery Lofts in Marina Del Rey. The lofts are selling fast with phase one already sold out. Phase two became available on June 4th.
